We’re eight months behind in our blog posts, which technically means I have well over 30 weddings planned I haven’t shared since our last post! The last couple of years have been a whirlwind of amazing experiences, tremendous growth and incredible opportunities. We are so blessed to be doing this work that is so fulfilling, both emotionally and spiritually and although I absolutely love blogging and sharing these wonderful stories, they unfortunately haven’t afforded me two month’s work of research, photo and back story acquiring, photo selecting and layout creation. One of our many goals for 2016 is to bring this back in a tangible way, and very soon I’ll share with you some of how we’ll be bringing back this much loved part of the business.
In the meantime, we’re so pleased to share with you a recent photo shoot of our family and our amazing AFA staff as we revamp our team page on our website! We have so many fantastic people to credit in the production of this shoot, namely the brilliant Megan Hevenor of FIELD Floral Studio for her stunning floral designs, Sara Lemieux of Black Point Mercantile for providing an uber cool space to work in (and amazing event space, BTW!), Randi Preis of Style Me Portland for my lovely hair color and styling and Anna Phillips Nail Bar for our fun and sparkly nails. We were honored to have Emily Delamater take these pretty pics of us! It was a fun and creative way to celebrate an amazing 2015 year.

Not formally employed, but my little girls are an important part in the planning of every event, no doubt!
